fixing Amazon Linux 2 support

Fixes #21

Not sure if it was meant to support the "old" Amazon linux as well but with this patch it will at least support Amazon linux 2 as the error message implies.

Fixes for current spec tests
merge-conflicts

I think the Amazon failure was due to a bug in "FacterDB", and the Debian 6 fix was due to a failure during test in the puppetlabs-firewall module.
